兽医学(中医药)北京市重点实验室简介

兽医学(中医药)北京市重点实验室于2006年12月经北京市科学技术委员会和北京市教育委员会批准成立,依托单位为bat365官方平台网站,是目前国内最早从事中兽医药学研究的省市级重点实验室。实验室现有研究人员31人,其中教授8人,副教授11人,高级实验师2人。实验室主任为董虹教授,副主任为崔德凤高级实验师。

目前,实验室主体科研用房为1200平方米,下设针灸机理室、中药提取室、中药分析室、形态学实验室、细胞培养室、分子生物学室,拥有全自动二维液相、核磁共振仪、基因芯片点样仪、液-质联用仪、激光多普勒血流测定仪、磁珠分选纯化仪、高效液相色谱仪等一大批尖端科研仪器设备,总价值近2000余万元。为加快研究成果的转化,2013年经科委批准,实验室与北京生泰尔生物科技股份有限公司合作成立了“北京市中兽药工程技术研究中心”;2013年与大北农集团联合成立“中兽药协同研发中心”。此外,实验室为加强国内外中兽医人才的培养,成立有“中国传统兽医学国际培训研究中心”。实验室为亚洲中兽医学会常驻办事处及秘书长单位、中国畜牧兽医学会中兽医学分会理事长单位、中国兽药协会中兽药推进委员会专家组组长单位。

实验室定位为:立足农业中关村,以保障动物健康和动物源性食品安全为目标,在伴侣动物疾病、畜禽疾病防控两个领域开展中药饲料添加剂和中兽药的创新性研发工作。依据此实验室定位,经学术委员会讨论决定,本实验室的主要研究方向如下:

1、防控畜禽细菌性疾病中药机制及药物研发;

2、防控畜禽病毒病的中药机制及药物研发;

3、宠物疾病与中兽医防控;

4、经络本质及针灸机理的研究;

Introduction of Beijing Key Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine

Located in Beijing University of Agriculture (BUA), Beijing Key Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine ( BKLTCVM ) was established in December 2006 with approval from Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Beijing Municipal Commission of Education. Currently, BKLTCVM is the only provincial key laboratory in China that mainly focusing on Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. By far, here are 31 researchers in BKLTCVM, including 8 professors, 2 senior experimentalists and 8 associate professors. Dr. Dong Hong serves as the deputy academic director of BKLTCVM, while the senior experimentalist, Ms De-feng Cui, as the associate director of BKLTCVM.

BKLTCVM has a research spaceof 1000 square meters , which comprises research rooms, incl-ulding Chinese Medicine Extraction Room,Chinese Medicine Analysis Room,Morphology Laboratory. Cell Culture Room, Molecular biology Laboratory. It also possesses a series of advan-ced instruments and equipment, such as Automatic Two-dimensional Liquid Chromatograph NMR Spectrometer, cDNA Microarray Platform, Ion Trap LC/MS, Laser Doppler Flowmetry and Laser Doppler Perfusion Imager, Thermo Scientific KingFisher and Preparative HPLC, etc. The total value for these equipment is nearly 20 million RMB. In addition, to facilitate the utilization of the technology transfer, BKLTCVM collaborates broadly with enterprises. Per approval from Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission in 2013,a Engineering Technology Research Center from Beijing Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine was jointly established by BKLTCVM and Beijing Centre Biology Co., Ltd.At the same year, Collaborative Research & Development Center for Chinese Veterinary Medicine was set up by BKLTCVM and DA BEI NONG GROUP. In addition, the laboratory make efforts towards strengthening thetraining of Chinese and foreign veterinarians, and builds the International Center for Research and Training in

Chinese Traditional Veterinary Medicine. BKLTCVM becomes a resident office and the General Secretary Unit of the Asian Society of Traditional Veterinary Medicine, President Unit of Veterina-ry Branch of China Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine Association, the expert group leader unit of Veterinary Drug Promotion Committee of China Veterinary Drug Association .

The key laboratory aims to to protect animal health and animal food safety as the basis of high-tech Agricultural Zhongg-uancun,and carries out the innovative research and development work of the Traditional Chinese Medicine feed additives and veterinary drugs in two fields of the companion animal diseases and livestock / poultry disease control and prevention. .

According to the orientation of the key laboratory, the main research directions of the laboratory are as follows:

1. The deciphering of the drug action mechanism and drug development for prevention and control of bacterial diseases of livestock and poultry;

2. The understanding of Chinese Medicine action mechanism and drug development for -controlling livestock and poultry viral diseases;

3. The prevention and control of pet diseases with Traditional Chinese veterinary medicine;

4. The explorative research on the essences of Channels and Collaterals
